Personal Profile

Hannah Thomas, graduating student at Swansea College of Art, UWTSD, where I studied Surface Pattern Design, located in South Wales. Since beginning my journey in the surface pattern field, my dedication to the work and motivation to grow have led me to creative and inspiring projects and experiences. I’m grateful to have learnt new skills for a path that I am passionate about, and have been since a young age where I loved creating art and had a strong passion towards it. I am proud to share examples of my greatest work. I am focused on print design for interior but also stationary. I am inspired by everyday surroundings and natural forms to feed me with ideas resulting in my creations of finished pieces. I enjoy creating designs from florals, focusing on their delicateness and lush colour palettes. My goals are to explore and learn with new experiences to create my own furnishings and small collections of stationary. I am happy to collaborate and take new opportunities within the textile industry to gain more knowledge and skills.
